Berries

Day 6 of the Covid-19 lockdown in NZ.

Today we decided to change things up a bit and go for a walk across the small farm (really a lifestyle block) where we’re staying during the lockdown period. I don’t know what kind of berries these are, probably a weed, but they attracted my attention.

That is a beautiful shrub and if I am not mistaken, it is Leycesteria. I first saw it growing wild and searched it out and now one grows in my garden.
