Here's another shot from the car show. This old Desoto had an all original interior. Again, wish I'd gotten the year it was manufactured but I didn't. I did find out that Desotos were manufactured from 1928 to 1961. By the looks and smell of the interior I'd say it was maybe out of the 30's. I loved the patina....doesn't this photo look like something out of the 30's?
Art deco all the way. I love it. Couldn't you just see a gangster driving around in that baby. My grandfather used to call a car "the machine." Somehow that fits here for me.
