Fallen Leaves

I wish I had seen these trees at their peak. Half of their leaves had already fallen but I thought they were still stunning.

I think this shot is wonderful. The carpet of leaves is gorgeous, and the bare areas on the trees allows the branches to be seen. Toss in the fence in the background and the contrast of the green grass behind the trees, and it is truly lovely. So well balanced.
