We went to Panama City Beach just as Hurricane Ida hit Louisiana. We thought we would just get one or two days of rain but it basically rained every single day for 7 days. I was able to get out during some breaks in the clouds but, unfortunately, the beautiful sunset I always look for didn't appear.
But, on the flip side, we had a relaxing vacation, we shopped, and ate and ate some more.
