Visited The Eden Project in Cornwall today for The Eden Sessions. In my opinion this is the best venue in the UK for live music, where every summer a series of gigs are held. Last night it was P.J. Harvey & it was a great night!
Never managed an Eden Session though been there in daytime many times - but would have loved to have seen P J Harvey (anywhere!) My daughter took her partner to Motörhead there for his birthday last year - had a brilliant time
You must go if you ever get a chance Helen. It has such a chilled out atmosphere at the sessions & P.J. was amazing. I've seen quite a few there over the years: Muse, Doves, Lily Allen, Elbow, Mumford & Sons, Pixies & Eddie Izzard! It's great because so often we in the South West get a raw deal when it comes to live music! @dorsethelen
May think about it one day - got tired of horrendously expensive and stressful trips to London see big name bands - though did see Elbow in a small hall in Bournemouth just before they got famous
