Light

The shortest day, I have spent most of it at my favourite place, the yoga studio cocooned in blankets meditating, blissfull.

Having said all that this is a little snapshot of my blue plate rack.

Sounds restful & soothing. I had to give up yoga for the time being as it was aggravating g my sore hip.

@anniesue yes, we did a bit of meditating on the candles at the yoga studio. @happypat oh no, hope your hip is now on the mend or you have a plan of action?
