Captain Cooks Monument and towards Stockton

Another from yesterday, the view from Battersby Bank is breathtaking, this is Captain Cooks Monument atop of the hill on the right and in the distance Stockton on tees.

He must have a few Monuments dotted around the world.. there is one in Gisborne NZ which marks the spot of his first sighting of land when he was on his tour of discovery back in 1769.. Nice shot.
