Coming down the Struggle(the name of the road as its so steep and twisted), in the Lake District, there is nowhere to stop only passing places so I took this shot through a rather dirty windscreen!! I hope it conveys the beauty of the Lakes for those have never been there. The lake you see is Windermere, it was a beautiful October day.

Thank you for all your lovely comments and favs, please excuse the shortness of comments as I have been to the lakes for my birthday for 3 days and I will do my best to catch up with everyone. And I am sorry to post 3 days photos but I didn't get much of a chance to post while I was over there the area is notorious for bad coverage.
Well, this is wonderful ... and belated happy birthday! You'd never know you'd taken this through a dirty windscreen. What a beautiful image and what a great name for the road!
