My last Puffin shot, I really must see if I can get a better lens and try again next year. My lens was so inadequate or I wish the cliffs had been a bit closer!!
These little birds are so small, about the size of a pidgeon, you always imagine them to be so much bigger but they are dwarfed by the other seabirds when you see them close up.

They are very cute, Margaret. And you still got a superb shot. I too miss a better zoom lens but then I telll myself 'you will have to carry it wherever you ifyou buy one' and I don't like carrying with me all that equipment.
