Breakfast

This morning we woke up to a white over. Temps only 1c and 2 inches of snow. This family of blue tits were having a good tuck in and stayed a little longer so I managed to get a shot before they disappeared(I’m usually too late).
The snow has stayed with us we were hoping it would melt but we have a cold spell at the moment.

It's always nice to have birds at the feeder on a cold day. I don't know they do it, but somehow their chatter and activity make it a warmer day!

I do miss feeding the birds but that is not allowed where I live. But happy to view birds I would not usually see even if I could hang out a feeder.

Wow, you have snow already! I photographed birds for today too. I don't get them at our feeder - just pigeons and magpies but no little ones. But my mum in law does and I was at her house. Love love love watching them. They give you so much pleasure, don't they?
