@shutterbug49 Have you tried glass noodles? We are trying to reduce our carb intake and glass noodles (saifun) are made from mung beans. They are also lower caloried so it’s helping with our detoxification goals this month after all the sweets and rich food over the holidays.
@cristinaledesma33 I've seemed to have developed an intolerance for rice in my old age (along with many other things), but I love glass noodles. Found sweet potato noodles as a substitute and they are very good!
