living in this tall, narrow house in Bruges, Belgium poses some problems when you need furniture up to the third floor. The owner watched as the delivery man risked life and limb to get a large bed through the front window

@pyrrhula thanks Pyrrhula. I look forward to following your project. No, I dont live in Bruges. Just there on a holiday to visit the War Graves of family members in France Belgium and Holland. My husband and I live in South Australia and have been visiting our son, his wife and our grandson in London. We return to Australia next Wednesday.
