contrasts

we visited the War Cemetery at Dunkirk. To get to it we walked through the general cemetery which was over 100 years old. The huge memorials were towering over us and it was very Gothic and silent. This contrasted with the Commonwealth War Cemetery which was beautifully green with huge beds of lavender .
