These magnificent Albatross were fishing in the ship's wake as we followed a south-westerly heading across the Coral Sea towards Australia. They flew across the back of the ship so fast it was very difficult to capture them.
@carlt thankyou Carl. They are certainly amazing birds to watch. They can live for up to 50 years and when they are about 3 months old and leave the nest they stay at sea for 5-10 years!
