.....this dear little sunflower is one of only 6 survivors from 3 separate packets of seeds. I first planted them in my little (plastic) greenhouse in the baking sunshine at end April......however May and June were very chilly and all but these last few failed to germinate.......they are trying very hard to make themselves big and tall and pretty :)
