Yellow is the predominant color in my garden during the summer time. I love looking out the house windows and seeing the yellow flowers. To me, the yellow flowers are cheerful. Looking at them, makes me happy.
I was going to start the fourth BW fortnight challenge today. My well made plans quickly went astray. As I drove down the highway towards the building I wanted to shoot pictures of, I heard this strange noise coming from the underbody of my car and then I heard a thump, thump, thump. When I pulled over, I found out that one of the car tires was completely flat. Getting the tire patched up threw off my schedule for the whole day. I did not even get around to photographing anything until it was late in the afternoon and that was in my own hot, humid backyard. Therefore, I end the month of June with a color photo.
Oh I know how disturbing that thumping sound is from a flat tire after my crazy trip last summer!! But I think this is a fun way to end your month- it's like an exclamation point at the end of a sentence.
