Where there is smoke, there is fire?

When I looked out the living room window, this is the sight I saw in my neighbor's yard. Smoke seemed to be pouring out of the side of their house. Upon a closer look, I realized that today's extreme cold temperatures made the steam from the neighbor's clothes dryer vent look like smoke from a house fire. Whew! I am glad they did not have a fire in their basement.
