The azalea bush is in waiting. When spring arrives, the flower buds will appear when the leaves spread out. This was taken on a gray, dreary day. The resulting image is grainy due to all of the processing I did to bring out the contrast. I decided not to reshoot this on a sunny day, because I liked the DOF of the "twin" leaf stalk in the background.
