At night, there are security lights on the side of this building. The big room on the ESE (east southeast) is lit up---perhaps for security---perhaps because someone is working in that room. The truck is parked there for its morning duty of diverting the traffic. Drivers drive their cars into the parking lot each morning to drop off their passengers. The cars travel around the truck to the right. They begin to exit the parking lot by driving on the other side of the truck. This is only part of the security of this building.
The last chapter in the book, Extraordinary Everyday Photogrphy, is about nighttime photography and how special it can be. As you can tell, I do not take a lot of night time photos. This photo ends my month long experimentation based on this book.
