In the week of Feb. 19-25, the flash of red (BW) challenge has us working on composition elements and design elements. I decided to just work on pushing myself to improve on these each day. I do not plan to work on any particular element--just push myself to improve with the elements in mind. In this shot, I tried to work with the natural daylight on the blossom, the contrast of the background in the shadows, and the textures of the blossom.
P.S. I apologize for my lack of comments this three day weekend. My time has been spent on projects at home and an unexpected visit from long time friends.
