I took this sunrise shot while we were on the way to the hospital in a larger city for some medical tests on my husband. He has end stage renal disease. These tests were given to see if he was healthy enough to be on the active kidney transplant list. This shot was taken last July. After months of tests, my husband was placed on the active transplant list in January. I like this photo, because it shows the hope and the joy we have experienced.
