In mid November, I planted a Royal Velvet amaryllis bulb. Two weeks later, I planted a Minerva amaryllis bulb. On January 1, I posted a photo of the Minerva in bloom. Now, the Royal Velvet had large flower buds. This is a new amaryllis for me. I wonder what the blossoms will look like.
