Drove over to the beach hoping to catch some surfers, but my secret spot was taken. Drove to the pier and this was my first shot! I liked the layers and action.
@danette - I like the waves too. I hope to see your next shots of them. Try to make a diagonal of the edge of the wave from one lower corner of the frame to another, add a little bit of perspective. - I am sure it will be a fantastic shot.
@anden I probably have some. The shots are so totally random since I don't know when or how they will break. I try to make it a point to get to the beach at least every few weeks. I like the ones that have sand, too. You are right that perspective helps. I most definitely appreciate the feedback.
@anden I have a friend who sometimes will scrutinize my work. While I think everyone has their own opinion/eye, I love getting feedback. It's the only way to improve. Trying to use this project to do things a little differently.
