Hillsboro Lighthouse by danette

Hillsboro Lighthouse

Another view of the Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse. This was taken from a marina on the inlet. They are doing some repairs and much of the area was fenced off, so I had to climb on top of a table to take the photo. I am using it for a new listing that is 2 blocks from this lovely view!
Fantastic shot! Great pov!

Wonderful landscape! Love that you climbed on a table to get it too. :-))

@clmiller Gee, thanks, Caren! I had actually gotten in my car dissappointed that the sailboat didn't fit into my photos from where I was. I got back out to find another spot. It pays to take a second look.

Lovely shot Danette. It looks like a beautiful place.

Beautiful shot. How nice that you can take quality photos for your listings yourself.

@anazad511 Thanks, Ana. They made a great frame!

@ianwm54 Thank you, Ian. It is very nice there. Funny thing was, it was a rainy day!

@bardejov Thank you! I enjoy taking photos for my listings. Some other agents have even "stolen" some of my photos (because I give up any rights when I upload them). I read a study that said DSLR photos in a listing will actually increase the value of the listing by substantial dollars.

What a lovely view....worth living by!

I like the huge range of scale in this wide angle shot - massive trees in the foreground and tiny lighthouse, trees and boats in the background. Great colour as well.

@glenmoor Wow, I hadn't really thought about the range of scale. Thanks for pointing it out. Thanks for your kind comments!

@lynnb Thanks, Lynn. Yes, it would be a lovely place to live.
