Vegan zucchini and squash ravioli stuffed with mixture in food processor: tofu, spinach, garlic, artichokes, sundried tomatoes, basil, lemon juice, nutritional yeast. Topped with a homemade marinara with artichokes hearts.; roasted Mediterranean eggplant; Grilled steak.
