Our visit with Akari was just too short and this day, after I dropped them off, I ended up with a fever by about 3:00 pm before they walked home--it was tough and I was so sad that after cooking ribs for 3 hours on the grill, I had to let my father take over and head to bed in hopes my fever would go away (which it did). She loved going to school. Ross, the Japanese students are from different schools all over Fukishima prefecture, and the Japanese government sent these students as part of a Goodwill mission to promote Japan. They had to wear their uniforms for most of the time if it involved visiting a school or where they would make presentations. I was glad she didn't have to wear it for Saturday.
