Blade Runner

Subject: My window's metal blinds

I used my macro clip on my Sigma nifty-fifty today to see how it might work. One, it did not exactly help trying to find the focal point as I moved back and forth finding the sweet spot for the focus, which in this case was the actual tip of the blind blade (not the whole). Also, the focus faded some along the line, so it required a bit of cropping and then angling to get a perfect straight line, but I love the effect in the end! I'm attempting more abstract photography lately -- drawn to it very much at the moment, which is funny since last year, I had such problems understanding what abstract photography really was.

Interesting shot! I really like it :)
