In the spirit of EOTB9, I decided to take a photo of the trash can at the Atlanta Jazz Festival--on top is fried dough and below, well, you know, Pork Skins. I'm a bit relieved these did not make it in a human belly of any kind; it rests on top of the belly of the trash barrel. Dumpster diving for the 365 EOTB9. That's me! :)
Made me laugh so hard reading this narrative!!!! I know what you mean!! The lengths to which we will go for 365. I will have to just go ahead and admit--I love pork skins. :D
A photographer can have no shame! I guess you wouldn't approve of the shot I almost posted for today. I won't say what it was, but it involved roast pig and a rotisserie.
@spair I grew up making our OWN pork skins when we made the "salty ham" for Thanksgiving each year. I can't eat them now, but they are good! :) I'm a true omnivore--and I'll eat just about anything...
