Freedom Tower and 9/11 Memorial Fountains

This is taken by my phone in pano mode vertically. I processed it in the LR phone app. I think it turned out better than anything I would have taken with my DSLR.

We got down here our final day and it was too bad we did not have enough time, but the fountains and their dark depths are really quite moving. One of the water elements wasn't working on the other fountain. Anyway. I'm glad I got here finally.

Love your perspective.

Very clever of you to use the pano sideways to get this magnificent image

@scotthouston Glad you think so! I am VERY pleased with the Samsung Galaxy S6 camera (the S5 was so bad). LR app is a good solution when you need some quality edits too.

@grammyn I thought I was quite clever too! Honestly, a DSLR would never have gotten it all in and would have felt too "flat" so I try to remember to do this when I don't have camera and still want something good for memory sake. I learned to do it when I was in France with Aidan and there were cool rooms in castles/churches that my camera couldn't get (no wide lens). There is distortion, but in some cases, it works--like here. Miss you. I'm very glad to see you back on here. Hugs.
