Champs in Sync

My favorite running venue for XC. On the left is the state champ being challenged by fellow team mate. At the finish the state champ prevailed by 1 second. Amazing. Borrowed another lens 70-300 this time and it was nice and light with some good image stabilization!

Wonderful focus and clarity, especially for these moving targets. OK... a 10K (6.2 miles) in that time is slightly over 4 minutes per mile. Amazing and exhausting. :)
