I have made this three times in 5 weeks now. It's soooo flavorful, and I imagine in a pita pocket it would be amazing, but I partner it with roasted potatoes and tomatoes, and skillet sauteed onions and peppers. The sauce is the best and a simple combo of plain fat free greek yogurt, garlic, lemon or lime, and dill!
I do the chicken on a pan of its own (in an iron skillet actually), then I pan sear the onions and peppers while it cooks. I also make a pan of potatoes in another oven at 425, but you could put the potatoes in with the chicken on a separate pan and start it a little early. I throw in the tomatoes in the last 5 min with the potatoes. Hope that helps?
