April Fool

I arrived at work today to be told that we now had to wear a shield as well as a mask. All the night staff were wearing them.
In usual Denise fashion in the morning I had a good rant about how I would be able to see nothing at all now because my glasses would be permanently steamed up and why now when we have only 10 patients in the whole hospital and only one on our ward who I have nothing to do with.
All the night staff kept the straightest face and then had a jolly good laugh at my response.....
