I thought one of the nice things about a fake tree is that it doesn't shed needles. Honestly, I haven't put up my Charlie Brown Christmas tree for years. Partly because I gave my ornaments to the girls when they started their own households. But also because I thought it would mock me.....that I didn't have anyone to share special Christmas memories with. But this year needs light in the darkness and beauty. Viola....my Charlie Brown Christmas tree does the trick.
