The beautifully kept house and grounds of Tupare Gardens in New Plymouth. The house is a Chapman-Taylor design and was occupied by the Matthews family. Russell Matthews planted the extensive garden on 3.6 hectares, overlooking the Waiwhakaiho River. A lovely place to visit if you are in the area.
