Mt Maunganui

While we were staying at Mt Maunganui (a couple of weeks ago), the weather was awful. I wandered up to the Mount in the high wind and drizzle, only to meet with heavier rain when at the top. The usual lovely view was somewhat clouded over.

Wow you walked to the top....good to see the view even thought there isn’t much view! I’ve walked round the bottom but never to the top! It’s always hot & full summer when I go there so interesting to see it in winter!

@happypat I don't like the heat, so it suited me nicely, even with the wind and rain. Keeping the camera dry was the issue.
