I had a lovely walk in the local forest with @julzmaioro this afternoon. We managed to dodge the heavy showers of rain. Normally a gate latch like this is on the vertical side of the post, about a third of the way down. But, because there are lots of horse riders in the forest, many of the latches are on the horizontal top of the post. This image looks great on black.
