Is that song playing in your head now? I wanted to find a few things to photograph, so as I walked around the house, I decided to go on a bit of a sentimental journey. In a previous photo, I included a mantel clock belonging to my Grandparents, and in this one, the slag lamp belonged to my Grandparents as well. That is a prized possession. The library table also belonged to my Grandparents. It was made for them by their son, my uncle when he was in junior high school and attended a woodshop class. It is heavy, and it has lasted all these years.
What a beautiful walk down memory lane. That table is magnificent especially made by someone in junior high. I love the vintage look you have given your photo in processing which adds to the subjects you have chosen for it.
