Preparation

I am sauteing celery and onions in preparation for homemade potato filling. It is a holiday tradition here in the Pa Dutch country. I made enough to freeze several portions for later.

I think my friend, who is of PA Dutch descent, makes this stuffing at Thanksgiving every year. Unfortunately her country NC family doesn't care for it.
