Since our Tina's not around to post the Craptastic Friday thread, I thought I'd step into her shoes temporarily so that you may show off your crappiest photo of the week:)
Here's mine. I was going for something else entirely and have a strong dislike for how this came out. It looks over-edited to me, and just meh.
It looked so abstract when I took it, now each time I look at it, it looks like a fleshy mess *vomit*
(ps its the moldy pureed tomatoes that greeted me in my fridge on my return from holiday)
I deserve a little slack, I feel like crap (fighting a head cold). I'm on the floor, looking at my camera like it is an alien that just landed. I spot the lamp, I need a picture. There you have it.
@lawpics Went for a two week vacation, when I lived in Arizona, took everything out of the freezer (i thought) and turned the fridge off. Came back two weeks later to find a package of cauliflower was left to defrost, the stench didn't leave the house until we replaced the fridge.
@pwallis I took the pick at the zoo, of course focusing on the "real" penguins that were too far away for me to be able to have the toy one watching them actually come out in the photo (BTW, these penguins were all paired off and ummmmmm...celebrating spring---really funny that we picked that day), so you can hardly see the plastic penguin. So I cut him out of another pic---I didn't even bother to take a pic where it would look like he was watching!---and cut him out and slapped him there. I find that most of my edits these dayd are hap-hazard like that and then later on I am ticked at myself for being lazy. I am making myself look like I don't know how to use PhotoShop. LOL

@pwallis Thought is had a Friday thriller Hitchcock ambience. This one of mine is from past and reckon TJ would want one. Or should at least be sitting in back window or on bonnet @beautifulthing
Still don't get this!
I was pretty happy with mine this week, but this one is my least favorite. I love that my little man is in it, but the lighting was funky. I did my best to edit it, but I still wasn't happy with the result.
I took this a few days ago and didn’t post it, but I remember thinking at the time that it would be perfect for the craptastic thread. So here it is. Craptastic enough?
Well I personally think im on a little bit of a roll ;P but I am very unimpressed by this one as the idea, shot and edit took a total of 5 minutes and I was totally uninthused about it all, meh
This one only got posted cos I couldn't see what I was taking really & didn't realize I was photo bombing myself with my own shadow til later. Without that making me laugh it wouldn't have gotten posted at all but I've had nothing special to post all week really lol.
I've changed my mind I know my last one had crap in but this one just is craptacular! The subject is beautiful, ornate and interesting in my opinion but my amateur capture does nothing to convey the nature of the subject:
@pwallis You're too funny Paula! Great thread....I have way too many to post...but I'll dig & snoop around and see what I've got on the old hard drive......
This has got to be the total doozy for the week...not only do I choose to take a photo of a moulting, elderly chook...but I caný get her to stand still..Phew!!!!
