I was bored and while flipping through my album and noticed two of my favorite early photos got very few views and/or comments. Naturally, it was early on before I had many followers, but I felt bad for these guys (like they were unwanted children).
I bet we all have a couple of shots we liked that just didn't get the love they deserved. So, I think a thread was needed to give them a second shot.
This is one of my favorites. I was told that people actually applaud the sunset in Malibu, and I caught this little girl dancing and waving goodbye to the sun after she and her dad and sister had been building sand castles.
This was only my second photo on the project and I guess I'd do it differently now but at the time I was really pleased with it, no-one else was though. Ha!
I had forgotten about this shot until i saw it on my husbands computer as his background - I love the liquid quality of the bee's eyes and the colors, but it was only viewed 5 times
as many cats as I have seen on the PP (and they're usually very typical cat shots), I was really surprised this one from Jan 15th didn't get more attention: (I still think its one of the best cat shots on 365...period!)
haha loads of mine have no comments at all but that's fine! I really like your photo of the Cigar Store Indian, the crop, tones, detail all appeal to me
Only 4 views and no comments....sigh. My photos generally do not get tons of views, as my shots are just of my everyday life. But I liked the colors and dappled light of the river bed on a hike I took with my daughter.
I really liked this shot but nobody looked at it. Vultures are very cool wonderful creatures and Vader is quite the speciman. I'm alone in the thought I guess.
I still don't have any followers (just one, other than three friends from Facebook) but there's that one favorite shot that I am proud of, with 7 views and no comments
@meisen325 -- Monica, that little guy is my grandson, Hunter. This was taken 2 1/2 years ago, he's a little larger now (check out the Marley & Me photo in my album). Out of my four grandkids, I got to be in the delivery room to witness his birth. I even got to cut the cord!
@cromwell Thanks for the idea. I have already started commenting on some highly under-priviliged pictures.
I have only been here for a short time and haven't participated in any competitions or themes. I hope that is why I only get few comments on my pictures. I really like them, though.
Here is one of my posts that didn't get much love. I really like this guy's silhouette against the cool evening sky as he waits for the light to change. Makes me wonder what he was thinking about ...?
I love this picture. I was so excited to bring it to the project and I only got one comment (and she is my aunt!!!) I was amazed that I got this color out of my camera and that I didn't have to process. What a let-down!!!
@gennygenny I love the colour too - I am enthralled by the softness of the clouds in their many waves. The only way I can describe the colour is a pascal salmon - unatural but mesmerising. Love love love.
Similar to some of the others, most of my pics don't get too much love, but this is one that I was really pleased with, and didn't get much attention at all!
Some lovely ones here that certainly deserve to have been seen more. Here's one of mine from earier this year that a fair few people looked at, but not many commented on, and I loved it.
first 2 months of project, was getting between 50 - 70 views on photos (or majorily more on some) but now my photos are getting much less, but I still seem to have the same amount of followers....I really like this photo of earlier this week
I'm going to go back and comment on some of the amazing photos in this thread. It is frustrating sometimes not to get comments or views, especially when I am trying to learn and improve. This was the lowest viewed/commented upon photo in my project recently:

@hollandcrew bllleeerrrggghhhhhh what is that!? :-O
@rocketdog That's a great shot!
And oh I dunno...so many options to choose from ;-P Maybe the tree trunk I thought it was kinda cool...
Some one gave it a touch of love recently, but no comments really about this. Kind of boring I guess, but I liked the skiff of snow around the tree.
Poor chief. Still gets no love, even here (lol). Well, I like it, but I'm a sucker for Wooden Indians. Guess it's a guy thing. :-)
I personally liked this one
And I don't normally do portraits but loved this one:
This one;
I loved this photo because it looked like it could have been taken at the turn of the century.
I have only been here for a short time and haven't participated in any competitions or themes. I hope that is why I only get few comments on my pictures. I really like them, though.

I also really liked this one from last fall, which garnered no comments at all.
