Just curious. Also, I'm wondering if anyone else shares my frustration about the horrible summer we have! Way too cold, and nothing but rain, and it's absolutely no fun taking pictures these days.
I am from Germany but I live in Shanghai ;) At the moment it's raining here but at least we have 26 degree. In 4 weeks we will spend 6 weeks in Germany and I really really hope we can enjoy summer with sunshine :)
Will be in Germany in 4 weeks time and pray for "summer weather". I was quite unlucky the last couple of years so this year must be hot and sunny!!!!

I'm born German and now live in Canada since 1955. at the moment we're on vacation here in Florida..the temperature was around the 35 and has gone down to 22..quite a drop. but it's going back up tomorrow with nothing but rain forcast for the rest of the week.
I am ;) living in Berlin. Totally understand what you mean. Yesterday was the coldest birthday I ever had. Still I am hopeful weather will turn around...I need to show off my pedicure I got yesterday and oh using my new camera a bit more...lol. Where do you live?

I live in Switzerland and the weather is BAD !
But yesterday we had a beautiful sun during the morning : perfect !
And my solution is to "escape"...last WE I was in Italy, the light there is always perfect !
Courage, summer will come for sure !
S.D., I live in Stuttgart and have for seven years. I like the summers better here Virginia where they are HOT and HUMID. It sometimes rains 3-5 times in a day but between it's usually sunny with nice clouds.
What area do you live?

This thread seems to be abandoned for a while... as a fan of recycling, I don't want to make another. :-)
Maybe there are a couple of people around who'd eventually be ready to do a little meetup. I live in Hamburg and as the days get longer again, I could imagine organizing a 365 get-together. Hamburg is full of nice and interesting places, I'm sure it'd be fun.
So, anyone from Hamburg (or nearby), who would be interested? :-)
@endrem -- Ah, too bad I didn't see this before I went to Hamburg a few weeks ago! I'm in Berlin, and definitely interested in a photo meet-up if you come this way. @synke and @kty also live here, although we've never met in person.
@agentzuckerguss -- I might be heading your direction in a few weeks!
@jyokota Occasionally (like 2-3 times a year) I go on a business trip to Berlin, I'll keep in mind to let you know the next time so we can do a little photowalk there and maybe have a coffee or beer together :)

@endrem -- I enjoyed looking through your album. What a great eye you have, and the b&w project is especially fun when you look at the "month at a glance" calendar. I'm only in Berlin til June 8 this year, but who knows when I will be back again. I tend to be in Munich in the summers. I live in Chicago most of the year.
@jyokota I see. I'm not sure it will work out until June 8 for me. Munich isn't around the corner either... But who knows what time brings? :)

@jyokota sorry, I am only seeing this now. haven't been on here in a while. However, Despite not having posted anything latley at all, I am still photographing a lot. I would like to meet up and photograph together before you leave Berlin. I am pretty booked all the weekends and holidays but maybe sometime during the week would be great! what do you think?
@synke -- I would LOVE that !!!!! Are you available evenings on weekdays or during the day? I am leaving Berlin June 8. I was more than two weeks behind in posting and am just now getting caught up myself.
