Looks like Browse and Pick got buried among the Holiday hustle and bustle . . . so thought I'd pick it up again:
Just for fun to help highlight each others work browse the project of the poster ahead of you and post one image you think is a must see or something that speaks to you or one that makes you wonder why you didn't think of that, etc.
How to post : go to the very last person on the page and click on their name. Then click on their photos to choose a photo you like. When you find that photo, scroll down to where you you see the "Share" box and copy the link in that box. Then go back to B&P and past it in the comment box and you're done!
Susan McIntyre was the last to post on the last thread and I just love this one of hers . . . not to mention she was seeing one of my favorite musicals when she shot it!
Gill! I'm so glad I found her through this thread! Her sunset/sunrise photos are ridiculous, so it was really hard to choose, but I love this one. It so great that the two only real colors in the photo bring such simplicity to what going on. Definitely something to try. :)
I love your sense of adventure and your willingness to quit!! I wish I could do the same thing...I wish you all the luck in the world!
I really love this picture because it's a great documentation of your day!! :)
I think my last post got mixed up with a double one..so here's another one of mine. I was happy to find Emily this way though!! I'm amazed at her diversity in her photos... made it soo hard to choose!! I don't know what you mean about being uninspired lately Emily, but you're sure inspiring many of the rest of us!! Thanks for the fresh ideas!!
@ez2begreen i was just looking through your stuff sophia, i saw that you got missed, so did a couple others so i get to browse and pick THREE yay :))
sophia's photos is just so magical looking, i love it, plus i have a thing for tree photos hehe :))
@ddantic dennis also got missed, GOSH dennis, this is just STUNNING, my eyes were drawn to it when i viewed your calendar, amazing capture :))
@aikiuser and one of my fave photogs on here, jenn ... i pick this one, because i need photos to make me feel like i'm there, or feel SOMETHING, and when i look at this i feel like a 4 year old little girl looking up thinking how scary to walk up those stairs to that horrible door ... amazing :))
@misschuff Thanks! Funny, that's now one of my "shudder" shots. I had no idea what I was doing with the HDR software (and barely do now) and was just amazed at the transformation it made.
i love the clarity and bright colors of this, and how they were captured! it almost looks airbrushed, especially the perfect little light points hitting the emblem.
@pankaj@nellycious WOW - a first that two people picked me at the same time! thanks. Although @pankaj has now missed out. I suggest you quickly chose one to get back in ...
@crappysailor Like your album a lot. You edit your pictures great. This one I like especially because of the feeling it represents and the simple lines. Love it!
@sherijeanne I love Narnia, and I was drawn to this shot even before I saw your title and caption. I love how you have brought an inanimate object to life through your photography.
I was going to choose the beautiful wheat field, but then I saw this. It gave me such a strong gut feeling, I had to go for it! Great work, Jessica Lynn!
@steveh I really liked your fog photo from this month as well, but settled on this one. I love the lighting in this shot, especially the shadows on the mountains:
@silverhorn Thank you. It was a very serendipitous shot. I was hiking and had been looking at the yellow flowers thinking how I could get a good shot of one of them. I almost cropped the dying flower out, but kept it in because I think it adds a lot to the shot.
I've been wanting to bake cookies ever since I saw this photo :)
this is so cool! :D
Love this! So cute! :)
I really love this picture because it's a great documentation of your day!! :)
