@webfoot You do great macro shots of plants! I like them, because it's one of my favorite things to shoot too. But this one is really funny and I love it! A wear coloured pants to school-day!
This is soo pretty! You have so many lovely shots, it was hard to choose!!! It was either going to be the snowy birdhouse or this one...had to go for spring! :)
You have so many wonderful shots that it's hard to choose, but I love the way this is divided into angular thirds... (I absolutely love the sunset/sandal shot, too, but wanted to look for something I hadn't seen before!!)

@araminta Some of the sunrises/sets over the last month or so have been spectacular, I can't stop looking at pictures of them. Mine pales in to insignificance compared to the one above!

I've always liked the raindrops and out of focus shapes behind the glass, and this one came out just perfect! The focus is great, and the dimmed colors work so well! : )
@mimma_blue Thank you! It is a flat piece of dichroic glass (a film on clear glass that emits two colors (di). This piece is mostly green and pink. When you look through it one direction, it is green, pink in the other direction. This is that sparkly glass that a lot of jewelry is made out of right now. I was doing dishes at the time, so I just dunked it in my bubbles. The lens is 50mm with a 4x filter for a very shallow dof.
@alisongbradshaw Thanks. I was not all that impressed with my iPhone camera at the start, but mostly because it just doesn't work in some lighting, & close up situations. I am not one to rely on a camera phone but it is good to have around in a pinch I suppose. I like it for produce because I can sneak shots & no one notices. It would be tough to do that with my canon.
lots to pick from but I liked this one the best because of the juxtposition of our expectations from what is an indoor piece of furniture in an outdoor setting
