I want to know where everyone lives. It is so interesting finding out where people liveand what it lookes like and how different it is. I will tell you I live in Colorado. This picture was taken up in the mountains and I live down in the city but the mountains are so great. Show me where you live :)
Already started a challenge/theme on typical Dutch (typisch Hollands), since I am living in Holland (Amsterdam) myself. So this one goes great on this thread as well:
I live in Eastern Ontario, Canada. I have not yet posted a pic of the countryside near here but coincidently just today, posted a pic called "The Paths to ...." taken on our property. The paths are to our home. The "path" on the right is actually our driveway. The path on the left also takes you to our home, and if you go that way, you get a closer look at the gardens.

I live in Mount Magnet , Western Australia . Red dirt , snakes , critters , mines , roadtrains , aboriginal culture , a few hundred kms from our nearest hospital , the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises , stinking bloody hot for 9 months of the year and all the things that go with small outback towns ,everyone knows everyone, gossip and everyone willing to help someone if the need it , and willing to give someone a good kick up the backside too if its called for . I love it .
Like @smartie above, I also live in "The Fairest cape in all the World" (Cape Town, South Africa). This picture is taken from the top of the small hill on the far right of Riaan's picture - looking across his picture (Signal Hill and over the Cape Flats).
I've traveled a lot throughout the US on business, but this thread is really making me want to travel to other countries! Some really beautiful photos/places!

this is a view from casa loma, a castle built in the early 1900's and is now a tourist must-see, about 6 kilometres north of downtown toronto.
AUSTRALIA! I wanted to find a photo I had taken that was very "Australian" that everyone would know! This is a seat down at Bondi Beach, Sydney, Australia. Definately NOT the best beach in Australia - but definately the best known.
