So, what's your favourite photo over the past week, between 18 and 24 June?
You can post your favourite photo by copying and pasting the code from the 'Share' box that's in your photo page, together with info on when it was taken. Part of the challenge is only selecting ONE picture, so no cheating!
No question, for me it's what I posted on 19 June:
I have to agree with your assessment of your photos. This one is really cool. I have a lot of photos from last week that I like better than this one, but I chose this because it's playful and different:
I really like the one after this, but I think the pecan is my favorite. I'm having a really good June, actually - it's been hard for me to pick a favorite each week!
I let the number of views and favs make my decision. It's hard to pick just one favorite flower when I love ALL of them. (there was a toad mixed in there too...)
Not many views or comments on this one but I'm really impressed by how it turned out. Especially since it wound up being totally different from how I'd envisioned it when I set out to work on it. Inspired by a line from a Nick Cave song: "They're mopping up the butcher's floor."
I love being surrounded by God's creation, enjoying nature and soaking up all the beautiful little details...since I was doing just that when I snapped this picture, it's my favorite for the week!
There were others more beautiful - of sights and parks etc., but this one captured with my handy P&S at the moment I saw them ( and processed later) is more what I like in photography.
The last one I made: on the 24th... Although it was hard picking just one this week!
It's called "Comfort Class"
It is a nice way to travel with more than enough room for your legs.. so come and fly with me!
We have been doing the gratitude project this month, we have been finding it increasingly difficult this week, which has made me feel guilty and ungrateful :S however this is my fav one this week.
Day 58
I'm grateful that she is safe in his hands.
This was mine. I was sooo proud to accomplish such a clear portrait and a great expression.....yet not a single comment and I am really really surprised and confused by that???
Love the action in this one! I wanted to make a picture of the man with the flowerbike, when the man on the small bike was suddenly there, sometimes you need a bit of luck!
I think this one is my favorite. I was practicing nighttime shots at our fair, and my favorite shot of the night ended up being a portrait of my brother!
Just because I love this bag my OH bought for our 3 year anniversary and this is how it looks nearly a year on ... starting to look tatty around the edges which is just how I like my bags to look. This was what I took from toilet height in the cubicle
(Taken on the 24th.) The Royal Pavilion, Brighton, was the "Pleasure Palace" of George IV as Prince Regent, reigning for his father, the mad King George III. Now owned by the city its gardens are open for the pleasure of the public. (Brighton is a vibrant centre for entertainment and alternative lifestyle).
It's not the actual photo so much as the timing. This picture was taken the day after our anniversary (June 19)...still strong after 41 years, 1 day, 3 children, and 5 grandchildren (and counting).
It looks like I crumpled this bloom up into a ball and put it in my pocket. No crumpling or even touching, just the nature of the petals. These Poppies are so short lived, I thought this one deserved a place in the album.
i have 2... =)
June 20th & June 24th

Posted June 22. A girl applies her make-up on an empty train carriage as it leaves Sydney's Central Station. Taken with iPhone3Gs.
This one because of who I created it for :)
Loved this picture of Boots the cat - he moves around so fast, he's hard to get a picture of!
18th
Not only is it my favorite from the 18-24, it is one of my favorites altogether.
think this is mine because i captured the breeze
They're a great RHCP tribute band playing all over the UK doing many of the 'mockfests' too this year.

No Evil
I've probably taken more that are technically better, but this is my absolute favourite!
I don't know why!
