I started on this website a couple of months after I started the project and, while I did upload previous photos, they were overlooked by newer stuff (completely understandably!) Anyway, these are two I'm really proud of from very early on.
This baby gorilla was at London Zoo in January, seen in the arms of his mum. No editing, not even cropping. Sadly he died two months ago :(
This is one of my Roborovski Hamsters, Hamish, in February. He's getting quite old now, so his fur does not look quite as pristine as this anymore.
thanks for the tip on the smaller size links.
Here is one of my favorite shots that I thought the composition was perfect on and I only had one comment total.
Looking at my older photos turned out to be somewhat discouraging. My photos have definitely improved dramatically, so for that I am encouraged, but my number of views started out in the 130s or higher and now I'm lucky if I get 21. What's with that? Discouraging.
@dejongdd I felt the same way! but then I remembered why I started this project to begin with and just decided to stick with that. to do this project for myself. and it's a huge burden off my shoulders.
This was my iphone background for ages, I love it;
And this place sealed the deal when we decided to move to Manchester so it brings such happy memories for me!
@aikiuser Friends on facebook, but their shots are nothing like yours (well, duh...I mean, you're the KUNG FU MASTA). Lets head that way soon, yeah? I'd like to experience SLO with you guys cuz we aren't really familiar with that area.
It was nice to take a trip down memory lane! : )
This was my first photo on 365...and it's still one of my all-time favorite photos (probably because I love waterfalls so much). : )
This is a great idea. Most of my views are from facebook friends. Here is one that is good for the opposites theme!
And my first 365 photo..
Another teeny tiny toes one...
And one last one of my old favs
