Share some winter?

October 26th, 2011
I live in Latvia and we are happy to have all 4 seasons of the year here. :) I am just in the middle of my project and I am so excited for the winter to come. I don't remember, when I have waited for nature changes so eagerly. :)

This morning the first real frost had covered fields in white and a slight fog rose. I made my first wintery photo.

I'd like you to share your best winter photos, as I haven't seen very many of them here. Inspire me and everyone else, photo friends! :)

While I would love to share some Winter Lasminja... night time temperatures here can get as low as 75F and well, no snowy frosty icy shots will come from me for the next 6 months. :(

This was taken all the way back in January. Not my best photo but sums up winter to me - cold dark and frosty!
This was taken on my way to work one morning, I hate the dark starts of winter.
