This weekend Robin Warner has a gallery showing of some of her images....I know she is not one to be the center of attention(sorry Robin:)), but I also know that for many of us she has been a wonderful friend, mentor and inspriration. Her images are stunning and she had opened many eyes to the world of the down and out and counter culture on the streets of LA(or in some cases, wherever she has visited). She has a gift to make those images reach out and grab you emotionally...truly a gift! I thought it would be fun to post your favorite(or one of) image of hers in a show of support and praise for her big night....Go Robin! You deserve your moment....thank you for everything(HUGS)!

Not sure what it is about this woman, but I instantly thought of this photo out of Robin's many fabulous photos! This one makes me sad, but it also sheds light on something many of us would rather not think about.
This is also a favourite, I like how you can feel his happiness...
Go Robin - you're going to storm LA tonight - get your order book ready!! I confess I don't often Fav Robin's shots as it would literally be every one - I just browse the album every so often (sorry Robin). I have no idea how she gets the depth, detail and intensity in the portraits and she clearly has the steadiest hand on the west coast. I wish I could go and see the photos in the gallery! I did fave this one though - a work of art:

And I didn't regret it for a minute. Never before have I seen such stunning portraits of both humans and animals and never have I had such strong reactions to photos. Chapeau to you, Robin and congrats on the show - you deserve it so much!
oh wow oh wow oh wow...Liz...you just brought tears to my eyes...i am overwhelmed by this and by all of you...This is so hard for me...not been an easy thing to do...i am really just not that person to say come look at me..but i really had to wrap my head around this and remember that i am doing this to raise awareness and hopefully some funds for the homeless. I would never have been here if it was not for this project and for this community. Your support, your friendships and your daily feedback and love means more to me than you will ever know. Photography has completely changed my life and i feel so blessed. Fantastic!!! Big big congratulations :D. My pick is literally my first ever FAV on 365 - I was left in amazement for a couple minutes before I could regain my senses. For a complete beginner in photography (4 months ago) seeing this was like a bright light!! All the best Robin :)

A few weeks into my project, I saw my first Robin Warner photo on the popular page - it was the "Iraq Got Liberated, I Lost Everything" photo. It blew my mind. Then I looked at her other photos and they all blew me away. I'm in awe of her street photography and still can't believe that she just started photography on day 1 of her project - insane talent! All the best on the gallery showing, I will be there in spirit!

Oh Robin, That's fantastic news. I hope you have a truly amazing night - I kinow those attending the gallery to view your work will be totally blown away, as many of us 365ers are on a regular basis. You are truly an inspiration and are using a great gift to show the world 'how the other half live' in many of your photos. Not sure how to post it, but my fav would have to be the guy on the beach doing the back flip (15/09/2011) just because i one day hope to get a picture half as good as that of Abi. A close second would be the grafitti art statement 'never, never give up. xx

I have been follwoing Robins work for the longest time and have far too many of her shots favd to even pick between them.. Thats an impossible task as I love all of her work.

I often think of Robin's work as being predominantly bnw, but 20 of these 36 images are exploding with technicolour! Love it! My favourite Ms Warner photo is the guy with the headphones and the grass-hat.

it's so hard to pick a favourite of @robinwarner, Robin, you are inspirational for sure and sometimes your photos make me well up, other times I smile. So much emotion, empathy and 'life' in all your shots. This one I love, but there are many more faves....
This is such an impossible thing to do! Robin has inspired me so much since I first "met" her on 365 and I could literally fave almost all of her photos. But certain ones stick in my mind and this is one (and coincidentally the first photo of Robin's I faved) that I have never forgotten. This kid, Tarzan, aka Daniel from Kentucky, haunted me after I saw his photo and I still wonder what ever happened to him. I hope he went home...
And then this one haunted me on a different level and I think it is artistically and symbolically perfect. The former soldier's big boot hovering over the City of Angels just slayed me.
