Thank you to @phillyphotos for hosting the panoramic technique challenge!
For this challenge I've picked colorful monochrome. What's that you ask? Besides black and white, monochrome means "in varying tones of only one color".
According to digitalphotosecrets, "A monochromatic scene consists of varying shades of a single color. The key to a successful monochromatic image is to find scenes with good contrast throughout the image--you want the photo to have a dark version of the color, a light one and a good range of tones in between.
Here are some articles and websites with good examples (links below since they won't show up here):
https://www.flickr.com/groups/monocolor/pool/ (Though I would argue that some of the pics in there are not strictly monochrome, but still has other good examples)
You are welcome to do the colorful monochrome in the shot or post processing. All photos must be taken during the challenge which will run starting now...2/1 and will end on Wednesday, 2/22 at noon here in Colorado (MST).
