The tag challenge is a great challenge for newbie and experienced alike. It is always good when you don’t have many ideas to have tags in the back of your mind , just in case. The tag challenge is one of those challenges that include a bit of luck in what subject you get to photograph and you would be surprised how often serendipity plays a part While most tags are usually relatively commonly used words, an unusual tag will occasionally come up that requires ingenuity in using in your photo.
This is what makes this challenge so much fun! Here are the rules for Tag Challenge 149.
1. Click on the "Browse" tab and then select "by tag" from the drop-down menu. When the tags appear, close your eyes and move the cursor over the tags and stop on one. That is your first tag.
2. Repeat Step 1 for your second tag - and remember NO PEEKING!
These two tags are now your photo assignment.
Please post your tags to this thread so I know what your words are.
3. Use these two randomly selected tags as your inspiration to create one shot that embodies both words. You can approach this sooc (straight out of the camera) or with the use of processing- it's up to you. And, good luck!
For an added challenge you can add a third tag using the same random method of selection. Clearly state your tags (preferably in your title) so that I know what your tags were.
You can post more than one photo in this challenge - but you must use the same tags.
As usual if you end up with a set of tags you feel is impossible to put into a photo, you can opt to use the "substitute tags" which I chose using the random selection above. My substitute tags are: 'leaves' and 'colour' (optional third tag is 'purple')
The challenge starts today, Sunday, February 4th and will run until Saturday, February 17th.
All photos entered must be taken between these dates in order to qualify in the final five.
I got Eoina, leaf and nature. Anyone have any idea what Eoina is? I looked at the photos, but still I'm not sure what it is, unless it's a photographer.
